Chelsea skipper John Terry has been offered a huge deal to join Eddie Howe’s Bournemouth side down on the South Coast, according to the Mirror.
Chelsea’s long serving captain who won his fifth Premier League title last night, is still looking for his next club after revealing he will not be signing a new deal at Chelsea.
He would be moving to Bournemouth on a free deal as his contract at Chelsea runs out in the summer. But, Bournemouth are reportedly offering the skipper a massive £130,000 per week wage along with a healthy signing on fee.
As Bournemouth have climbed the tiers of the English football in such a short space of time they will now be looking add more quality to the already strong back four at Bournemouth.
Along with the offers from the fellow Premier League teams which he has turned down as he has been reluctant to do so in the past. He has also come under the offers from the Chinese Super League and the MLS.
If he made the move to Bournemouth it is also reported that he could be also joined with England international Jermain Defoe up front, who can also leave on a free from the Black Cats after Sunderland’s recent relegation.
