Chelsea have completed a deal to sign Rangers midfielder Billy Gilmour according to Sky Sports.

The 15-year-old has long been linked with a move to Chelsea after impressing at Rangers throughout the season.
New Rangers boss Rangers boss Pedro Caixinha has held talks with the player and his family to try and convince him to remain in Scotland but it now appears he will move to England and join the Premier League leaders.
Gilmour is now likely to join the infamous acedemy sides to try and continue his development as a footballer.
Previous reports have suggested that Chelsea will need to pay roughly around £500k in compensation for the midfielder, who is highly thought of in Scotland.
The Blues beat off a host of competition for the player’s signature and their impressive youth record may have been what swayed the player’s decision to make the move to Stamford Bridge at this stage in his career.
