Chelsea travel away to Everton on Sunday, with the Premier League title still firmly in their own hands.
The Blues followed up their 4-2 FA Cup semi-final win over Tottenham on Saturday, with another 4-2 win at home to Southampton on Tuesday night. A Diego Costa double, as well as goals from Gary Cahill and Eden Hazard, kept Chelsea four points above title rivals Tottenham, who won 1-0 away to Crystal Palace on Wednesday.
Everton were not in midweek action, with their last Premier League game coming last Saturday, a draw with West Ham at the London Stadium. Ronald Koeman’s side currently sit in seventh, with faint hopes of a top-four finish still lingering.
The two sides have met once this season, with Chelsea trashing Everton 5-0 at Stamford Bridge in November. A brace from Hazard put Chelsea on their way. Marcos Alonso, Pedro and Costa all were on hand to breeze past Sunday’s opposition.
Ahead of Sunday’s fixture, we take a look at Everton and see what threats they could pose to the Blues.
