Former Arsenal striker Ian Wright is unsure as to whether or not Jose Mourinho is the man who can lead Chelsea out of trouble this season.
The Blues are currently sitting in 16th in the Premier League table, and slipped to their seventh defeat of the season. This is the first time in his managerial career that Mourinho has lost seven times in one season.
Despite recent reports that the Portuguese manager’s job could be on the line, the Chelsea supporters have been on the side of their manager. Mourinho was serving a ban for the game at the Britannia Stadium, but the Blues’ faithful were still in the corner of their manager.

It’s clear that everyone that has taken the trip to either Stamford Bridge or to an away game to support their beloved Chelsea, are also backing Jose Mourinho.
Speaking to The Standard , former footballer, Ian Wright, who is now a regular pundit for BT said:
I think he’ll be very touched by the Chelsea fans’ support. One thing that people keep saying is ‘if there’s one person who can get us out of this it is Jose’. This is the first time that he’s had this many defeats. He’s not used to it. I’m not sure Jose is the man to get them out [of trouble]. I know how much Chelsea fans love him and I don’t want to get this wrong, but he’s not used to this kind of situation.
