Former Chelsea defender, Alex has advised PSG Marquinhos to leave the French club.
The Daily Star are quoting a story from the French publication, L’equipe. Alex reveals if he was him Marquinhos’ position he would have left the club.
Marquinhos himself was reportedly the subject of two failed bids from Chelsea on transfer deadline day as they looked for defensive reinforcement following their abysmal start to the Premier League.

Further reports stated that the defender was unhappy about not being able to leave the club, only fuelling speculation he will soon leave France.
Despite arriving from Roma with much promise, he has failed to find consistent first-team football and has often found himself at right-back or on the bench. PSG spent big money to sign former Blue, David Luiz and he has gone onto to partner Thiago Silva in defence.
Alex who played for both PSG and Chelsea said:

Marquinhos would have a place at any major European club. His problem at PSG is that he faces competition from two of the best in the world in his position. And Thiago Silva and David Luiz still have five or six years in them. That’s a shame for Marquinhos.
Alex went on to add:
All the big clubs are keen to sign him. Every transfer window he receives some amazing offers. He is still young and has to play and show his worth. Had I been in his position, I would quit PSG.
