After an indifferent start to the season, Chelsea is ready to table £70m for Paul Pogba according to Darren Lewis of the Daily Mirror.
After already letting January signing Juan Cuadrado join Juventus on a loan deal and Axel Witsel reportedly being seriously pursued by the Italian giants, it seems a deal could be completed before the transfer window shuts next week.

Paul Pogba after leaving Manchester United a few years back has come on 10 fold in the Serie A, winning 3 Serie A titles with Juventus and falling at the last hurdle to Barcelona in the Champions League last season.
Mourinho has already expressed his admiration for Pogba during the summer, stating that wherever he goes, he’ll “improve the team immediately.”
The French International is only 22, already winning 23 caps for France, scoring 5 goals all from midfield. The former Manchester United man will be seen as a coup by Chelsea, after Barcelona have been circling the young midfielder for the last few seasons, and seemingly look like they’ll beat the Spanish giants to the signature.
