Chelsea new boy Radamel Falcao has admitted it will take time for him to adjust to life as a Chelsea player, according to Anthony Hay of the Daily Mail.
The Colombian striker has a year in the Premier League under his belt from his time at Manchester United, albeit an unsuccessful time. This has given Chelsea fans a reason to be optimistic that the risky loan signing can become good.
Falcao came off the bench to play alongside Diego Costa in the 2-2 draw on the opening day against Swansea. The new number 9 is yet to score for the Blues but did convert two penalties during shoot-outs in pre-season against PSG and Barcelona respectively.
Falcao said: “I think it will take me a little bit longer to fully understand everything because you need to play in a team to get to know everyone and all the processes of the team.”

“Through pre-season I have started to know those things and, with more games and minutes, I will learn even more and we will get to know each other better.”
Chelsea may have to rely on Falcao more than they would have hoped for, with the club continuously sweating over the fitness of Diego Costa.
