Radamel Falcao
The imminent arrival of Radamel Falcao is edging ever closer. The same report suggests that Falcao has agreed personal terms for a move to Stamford Bridge and the club are in advance talks with Monaco. The reported deal was seemingly edging on whether or not Falcao could take a pay cut to join the Blues. Various media outlets are suggesting the deal could be close.
John Obi Mikel
It looks set to be one in and one out at Stamford Bridge. Speculation surrounding the future of John Obi Mikel has been ever present as he found game time hard to come by under Jose Mourinho. According to the Express, the Nigerian midfielder is close to joining Al-Ain. Mikel’s agent Babawo Mohammed said: “It is now left for Chelsea and the Dubai club Al Ain to agree on a transfer fee.”
Turkish side Fenerbache were also thought to be interested. However Mikel looks likely to choose Al-Ain over the Turkish outfit.
