Twitter Reacts: Chelsea are Crowned Champions of England

The day that Chelsea Football Club would receive their fourth Barclays Premier League trophy began in sad yet understandable fashion. Didier Drogba announced via Instagram that he’d be playing his last game in Chelsea blue that afternoon. He’ll be back soon at the club in a different role – something I hope Lampard, Cole, Cech, and Terry will also emulate. We love you Didier!

It was also the penultimate Premier League appearance for another Chelsea legend…

The Class of 2005 made an appearance!

Things weren’t going to plan for Chelsea early on, and it was a bit awkward as well…

With nearly half an hour gone, a moment that will forever go down in Chelsea history took place…

After Diego Costa buried the equaliser from the penalty spot and achieved his 20th PL goal, an interesting statistic surfaced.

Unlike his red opposite number, Frankie Lampard had himself a good day…

It’s been a great season for Chelsea Football Club.

How could you not love this man?

The possible departure of Petr Cech has been a talking point as well.

King Drogba was given a very special crown from Jose…

Cesc Fabregas definitely enjoyed the festivities...

The party moved into the locker room next and got a bit crazy! Didier Drogba was the ringleader.

What a day it was!
