Jose Mourinho is preparing for yet another striker overhaul. At the start of this season ‘the special one’ replaced Samuel Eto’o, Demba Ba and Fernando Torres for Diego Costa, Loic Remy and Didier Drogba.
Is it believed Mourinho is set for more changes come the end of the season, with Didier Drogba’s contract expiring and Loic Remy likely to be moved on in search of more minutes, Mourinho will only be left with his number one goal scorer Diego Costa. Reports this morning have claimed that Mourinho is keeping tabs on free scoring Bournemouth striker, Callum Wilson. Wilson bagged fifteen league goals already this season, sending Bournemouth to the top of the Championship. After only arriving at Bournemouth in July from League One side Coventry, Wilson has impressed with his speed and finishing.
Mourinho is eager to explore is options over the summer, Patrick Bamford could also finally be given a chance to impress. Bamford has scored eleven league goals for Middlesbrough this season.
